Dear Dr,
We have started a Yoga Workshop on Diabetes at Darma Muneeswaran Temple on April 12th. This is a free workshop until 31st May. Workshop is from 7.45am-9am every Sunday morning.
The workshop will consist of yoga asanas, pranayama, sitting in silence, advise on diet and blood sugar level test for participants. Please inform your circle of volunteers of this workshop.
